Versa mis counting active minutes and floors

I have been using my Fitbit Versa for 3 weeks and it seems be miss counting the number of floors and active minutes  has anybody had this problem too  I had a not so active day and it recorded 33 floors and 109 active minutes and I didn’t do any classes or activities that day

Sometimes when air pressure is changeable, my floor count gets a bit messed up.

Can't explain the active minutes.... TBH it's annoying me. It tracked a 30min swim today but said I was only active for 27. Really not quite sure why....

Thank you for your reply I have logged a ticket with support but really it was a bit of a waste of time isn’t really answer my  question s I think there is a problem with the versa optic but they don’t want to admit it

The device does not consider you active until AFTER your heart rate reaches a certain level.
