Versa missing info on phone having to reccect

I keep having issues with memory and it lost the sync with my phone what do I do?

It doesn’t connnect to the phone with the internet. Also how far I’ve walked on the watch

it says I walked 5000 steps let’s say the phone says nothing doesn’t say I have any miles since it doesn’t pop up. I know resetting to factory settings will fix since I tried that after everything  but for the longest time it distance steps heart beat were not shown or an option for the Fitbit app
