Since my versa 2. update, I now have to reset my versa several times a day to track steps.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying several times our restart process. To better assist you and further investigate, can you please let me know how many times you experienced this issue? Only the step-count is being affected? Are you using a Fitbit original clock face or a third-party one? In the meantime I receive your answers, please change the clock face of your Versa and let me know if the issue persists.
