Need help please. My Versa is showing 'Needs to be unlocked by phone'. Usually i would just go into the App and remove the credit card. Problem is that my Versa was not syncing with my phone. Now it isn't showing up on my App at all. When i try to reconnect the Vera with the App it can be found but cannot connect.
This is getting beyond a joke how hard it is to reset.

Help @Jpsychoulad it sounds like the Versa has been removed from your account, bad move.
Is the pin on the Versa set to lock the Versa or does it only lock the wallet when paying.
Do you get the pin screen when trying to do anything?
The next step will depend on the answer to the question above.
If the Versa is completely locked then we will need to do a factory reset.
Normally when this message is received the user goes to the Fitbit app, taps the Versa, and scrolls up to device lock.
Taps device lock, enters the phone unlock code, and can disable the lock or reset the pin code.
If the tracker has been removed then it will not be able to sync.

My fitbit devices weren't able to be paired again with my Android, they get the pairing vode but the connection never comes. So from fitbitsupport adviced me to try to pair it from my computer and it worked. Hope it helps. Good luck!
