Versa: no connection, fast drains in battery

Hello!

I have a few problems with my Versa.

1) After app update Versa  doesn't connect to my Huawei via 3g or 4g only WiFi. Also it doesn't show any notifications.

2) A few days ago it started to drain in battery very fast (like for 1 day!). It happened all of the sudden.

I changed some settings few days ago (turned on silent mode and smart alarm, and added 3 watch faces) but I did get back to previous settings. And Versa still has its charge only for 1 day, earlier it has for like 4-5 days.

 

Can anyone, please, help me??

While your Versa can connect to WiFi while the Versa is charging. The Versa does not have the required hardware to connect to 3G or 4G. 

 

To help with notifications we need to know more about the phone. 

As for the battery. Let's swipe over to setting, tap, swipe up to About and tap. Go to the bottom and tap shutdown and confirm. Hold in the left button to turn on.
