Versa no longer auto tracking treadmill workouts

My Versa was doing fine auto tracking my walks and runs on the treadmill and then suddenly stopped. It is still tracking my steps...just not auto registering my runs like it was a few days ago. Any advice?

Welcome to the Forums @MelissaRicci.

Let me help you figure out what could be happening with your Versa and get it resolved. I will be moving this thread to the Versa board as I think it is better suited for it.

The first thing that I'd like to recommend is that you check on these:

• That the strap is well adjusted to your wrist. Making sure that it isn't too loose.
• Try to have your arms moving when on the treadmill and not holding on anything, if you don't hold anything then disregard this.
• Try to move the Versa up your wrist when you are about to do your activity.
• Try to rise the intensity of the workout a  bit. It is possible that you body has gotten used to the intensity and thus your HR doesn't go as high.

Let me know if none of the above works so that we can look at other alternatives.

Hello - I've tried all this and I'm having the same problem with my Versa. It tracks when I play volleyball, but doesn't track my runs on a treadmill anymore. It tracks my steps and elevated heart rate (always in the 140s).
