Since charging my versa a couple of days ago I no longer get any text or call notifications. I tried the online resolutions - nothing changed so I contacted Fitbit support who went through the same resolutions again but still nothing works. They said they were referring it to the ‘Higher Team’ but not heard anything from them (if they actually exist) so feel fobbed off. Versa is 25 months old and I need to have this information come through as it was the main reason I moved to Fitbit. Has anyone got any other ideas how I can get this working again apart from the solutions posted by Fitbit online

Same thing with me. Versa stopped syncing at 1a. I was sleeping. I've tried rebooting the phone, & the app. Shutting Bluetooth off & putting it back on. This is frustrating. It seems every 2 years my devices quit working!

Thanks for letting me know I’m not the only one that feels ripped/fobbed off by Fitbit. My last one the battery died at 30 months but I had the notifications stay. They shouldn’t last 2 ish years and then die ….my daughter has had a blaze for 5 years and it only stopped getting notifications a year ago when the software updates could allow it. If you knew it would only last a couple of years you’d probably choose to have something else that lasts longer
