Versa no longer holds a charge

I charged my Versa today like I usually do.  After taking it off of the charger the battery drained to 0% in less than an hour.  Time for a replacement?

I had the same issue.  Contact support and they can verify what is going on with your battery.  If it is still under warranty they can possible replace it.  I did the livechat and they were very helpful.
