Versa no longer logging HR during workouts

Fitbit still recognizes my heart rate. I have lots of resting and can see it when I’m just doing daily activities. I can also see my heart rate when I’m jogging. I use the “track workout” option on my iPhone in the Fitbit app to start my workout (because I couldn’t figure out how to run two apps at the same time on the Versa and I use the interval app on the Versa). For the past month, none of my workouts have any heart rate data logged.

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not tracking your heart rate correctly. Thank you for the provided information.
