My fitbit versa doesn't pair with my phone after I did a factory reset on versa, I did the factory reset as my versa didn't sync to my phone after I upgraded the fitbit app. I tried several times to pair versa with my phone but it says the whole time, I must check that Bluetooth are on or restart the versa, did it several times without luck. My versa says I must start to download the app and that I tried as well without any luck to pair versa with phone. Please help me to get my fitbit versa working again!!!
