Versa no longer receiving text messages and phone call notification

Until about 2 weeks ago, I could read text messages on my Versa and it would vibrate when my phone rang (for about 2 rings).  It no longer does this.  I can't work out what has changed for it to stop doing this.

What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

In addition to the great information that shared @NellyG, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this this help article, which has more tips in order to fix this issue.
