Need help with 3 issues: my versa no longer registers  my sleep nor my heart rate AND no longer adds my steppage in my challenges. How do we solve this?

I also have this problem. Stopped recording heart rate a few months ago. Now fails to record steps. Only 2yrs old, would appreciate a response as to how to resolve.

Only 2 years old as well. Actually is a replacement versa as my initial one was NOT water resistant to 50 meters!!

My Versa is only one year old and it has just died.  The customer service person check on my account and stated that it registering "abnormal behavior". Right, no behavior! They has no suggestion and just offered me a 25% discount. Why would I buy another one if it is just going to die again? NOT PLEASED.

Mine is also a replacement as screen froze on initial one. Now also unable to get my daughters new Ace to sync. Overall poor experience! Sorry to hear you’re in a similar position.
