Versa no longer shows any stats

Hi, out of nowhere my watch stopped showing my stats including steps, heart rate etc.  I have done the following:  reset Versa multiple times in a row, turned blue tooth on and off, turned phone on and off and it says my phone cannot connect to my versa.  I don't understand why I can't see my stats on my watch but they still keep track of them and I don't understand why my phone says it cannot connect to my versa.  Help!

Hi @als20 That sounds pretty weird! Is the Versa actually syncing the steps etc to your phone? So can you see your stats on the phone? Id suggest you try a Factory Reset of your Versa (settings app and scroll down to About) and then set it up again. What phone are you using?

Befiore i did a factory reset i would try a shutdown of the tracker.

along with everything else you’ve done turn your Bluetooth off

@Kweave  are you saying that your stats show up on the Fitbit dashboard, on the so and the web, but not on the watch?

Most of the stats do not need and Bluetooth connection to be able to be displayed on the Versa.

Hi @Straightshooter  Try the factory reset. There are not many factory reset failures in all the ones done. You get a skewed view reading these forums. The people who do a successful reset tend not to post in help forums.

I ended up turning my Versa off and also turning my Bluetooth off and on. My watch is now working

Unfortunately mine bricked. Won't restart after a factory reset. Put it in charging station and it won't connect.

hello @LupitaM Matt I ask what thre issue is?

Is it that the tiles on the Versa have disappeared or do the tiles have no data displayed?

Im hoping someone will explain what they are not seeing on their Versa.
