My watch is doing the same thing. Sync to LG G6 is fine, all stats showing, however nothing shows on the watch. Stopped showing about a week ago. I have done multiple turn offs, soft resets and connection disconnects. Nothing clears it. Only step left is the factory reset, however based what I am reading in the forums, I fear it will brick the watch.
There doesn't seem to be much help from the manufacture on these forums. Got for Christmas so might need to return and get something else.

Hi, are you using a Third Party Clock Face? If yes, replace it by one developed by Fitbit itself and restart your Versa.

@Straightshooter It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! We apologize for the late response. However, I'd like to follow up on your Versa since it's not showing any stats. I would like to know if the issue persists or if the issue got resolved after changing the clock face of your Versa as @SunsetRunner mentioned.
