I have had my Versa since December and everything used to work fine. However, for some reason the Versa stopped vibrating and showing notifications (calls, WhatsApp, etc.). All settings are the same, so it should be working. The strange thing is, although the Versa doesn’t vibrate and doesn’t show the notifications when they appear on my phone, the notifications do appear in the notification list.
I hope someone is able to offer a solution.

Hello @Versanederland and welcome,
First thing to check if you didn't inadvertently disabled the notifications. Long press left button, swipe right if needed and check if notifications is ON.

Exactly the same as me. I only got my watch on Saturday and the notifications aren't showing on my watch or in the notification list

One more solution for iPhones. If the "Hide Alerts" is turned on for a specific person, the alerts will not show up on the home screen on the iPhone as well as on the Fitbit. This is really easy to accidentally turn on when swiping left through the iPhone text conversations. You can turn the option back on the "Info" form for that person.
