Versa no longer swipes

Morning, got up this morning noticed versa battery died even though I charged yesterday partially to 50%, fully charged again to 100% this morning.

Now display on versa wont swipe at all just stuck on display screen, tried reset instructions several times no joy, please help

I had the same problem and after trying the reset several times with a rep, she determined that my versa lite was malfunctioning. They sent me a replacement.
