Versa no longer tracking active minutes and calories burned

As of yesterday my Fitbit versa has stopped tracking active minutes and calories burned.

Examples:

Yesterday I walked for 58 minutes. I checked my heart rate on the walk and was in fat burn or cardio the whole time. The Fitbit showed 8 active minutes, then 4 active minutes, then 6 active minutes, then no active minutes.

The app tracked the 58 minute walk at 58 calories burned.

I cannot seem to be able to upload a screenshot via mobile, but it has continued this today.

I have now restarted my Fitbit. Any other ideas if this does not work?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Kady9 ! I am sorry for the delayed response.

I am sorry to hear your Fitbit Versa has stopped tracking your active minutes and the calories burned. Thank you for providing the additional details, I appreciate your efforts to provide a screenshot and resolve the issue by doing a restart.  I recommend confirming that your details like height and weight are correct: How do I manage my Fitbit profile? Please also let me know if you manually logged your walk, used the Exercise app on your watch or your activity was automatically recognized?

I'll be around.
