Versa no longer tracking activity of any kind

My versa is no longer tracking steps, heart rate or any activity. It’s basically a digital watch! I have tried to restart using the information on here however this is not working. There are no lights on the back of the watch either. Any advice please? It’s only been a day but I’m missing it!

Do several restarts in a row. If that doesnt fix it try a factory reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About). If it is still not behaving as it should you will need to contadtbSupport (link in my signature)
