I've had my Versa about 6 weeks now. Worked fine until this week when the heart rate tracking somehow turned off. (the led is off) Notifications to move stopped. Notifications for texts and phone calls turned off.
This forum says I can go to settings and turn heart rate monitoring back on. When I go to settings I see heart rate ON, and notifications ON both during exercise and during sleep.
I tried reboot (twice,) no change in behavior.
Any guidance?

If you have rebooted several times and it still does not work, you will need to return for replacement or refund. Hope you bought locally so the process can be quicker.

It seems the LED that enables heart rate detection had failed. I went through an excruciating process with support to verify that I had a failed device, and then fitbit sent me a replacement Versa.
