Since the new update my versa will no longer track my heart rate. I’ve done everything including wiping everything and redoing it all 3 times and still no heart rate.   Anyone has this happen and we’re you able to fix it? Pls help

Hi @Godeo, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it no longer tracks your heart rate. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

 

Finally, monitor your watch and see if it tracks your heart rate properly.

Hi

I’ve already tried it. Heart rate is on but it’s not tracking it. Everything I’ve done and checked says it should be working. I’m thinking now it’s beyond technical. I’ve done multiple factory restarts this past week. I can only think it must be a physical problem with it.
