Versa no longer tracking sleep

I have had a lot of Versa issues lately. Most recently it stopped syncing to my phone all together.  I contacted support twice who refused to help because my Moto G phone is not on the support list.  Through my own troubleshooting I was able to connect to my wife's iPad and do a firmware upgrade on my Versa and now it syncs and works with my phone again as it had been for previous five months

But now I noticed it hasn't tracked my sleep in over a week . This worked fine before.  Sleep tracking is blank now for today and about a week previously.  It's blank in Android, iOs app and web browser.  As far as I know that info should be saved on the Versa so it shouldn't be effected by sync issues . Now that I am syncing I would assume all of that data would be updated in the app but it seems like it's not recorded.

@ryanms3030 Is your Versa tracking your HR at night properly? Have you tried rebooting it several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes. Also, you can go to Account Settings on Dashboard on Fitbit.com and change the Sleep Sensitivity to Sensitive. Also, if you have set any sleep/bedtime targets in your Fitbit mobile app, please clear them and sync.

@ryanms3030 Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear that your Versa isn't tracking your sleep. Adding to @Marrrmaduke information your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device.

Let me know how it goes!
