Versa no longer tracking steps or heart rate

My Versa has stopped tracking heart rate and steps. I'm trying to contact support and the live chat feature is not working. And of course, you can't call anyone on a Sunday. I don't know if it's under warranty still or not. If it's not, it's BARELY out. Why have chat support if it's not available?

Regarding the heart rate and steps tracking issues that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. Please don't hesitate to get back if more assistance is needed.
