Okay, here's a story of how my Versa became 'useless'. A week ago I went for an hour's swim. After the swim, it started behaving erratically. Battery dropped drastically by 60% (mind you, I disabled 'always on screen'), watch turning itself off periodically. So, I got home, charged it to 100% and removed from charger after 2 hours. As soon as I removed it from the cradle, the battery went down to 99%. For the next 2 days, I did not workout but my Versa lasted me only 2 days and it needed a charge again! At this time I thought it was pretty ridiculous. I've had Versa since Aug 2018 and I was already getting frustrated with countless issues right after FW 33.1.30 update. So the battery is faulty, the watch kept rebooting, notifications are not coming in and on top of that my heart rate and steps stopped working completely. The green light is still flashing but no HR is detected. Now I've had Alta for years and it was working fine. I thought Versa would be a nice upgrade and I've recommended it to friends as well (now i feel sorry for them). I've done factory reset 3 times and rebooted it countless time. Now my watch basically tells time ONLY. On top of that it still restarts 100 times and there's clock error in between (I only use Fitbit clock faces!) I've contacted customer support and I've asked for a replacement. I believe my versa is one of those defective batches that Fitbit never bothered to recall. SO DISAPPOINTED WITH FITBIT!! *they marked my original post as spam 😞

Hi,
I've already contacted customer support, thank you. My post is an intention to let others know of the issues I've had with my Versa. At least anyone who face the same issues are aware they're not alone.
