My Versa was displaying the wrong time, went to sync it but that didn't work. Attempted the restart a number of times, that didn't work.tried unpairing and repairing, that didn't work. I've also done a factory reset a d that hasn't worked either.
Please help.
I think I may need a replacement.

@Hels278 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up on the wrong time that your Versa is displaying. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try one more workaround that has been helpful. Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face. Also, make sure that the device that you sync your watch with, has the correct time since your Versa displays the time of the device that is synced with.
