Versa nor Syncing/Connecting on Smartphone

Hi!

Since more than 2 months ago my versa is not syncing anymore to my phone (Galaxy S7), but it syncs normally using the windows app. Also, I cannot connect it to my phone GPS for running.

My girlfriend also has the exactly same phone and versa and she also has the same problems than me

I have already tried the following things on my versa with no positive results

  • Restarting it
  • Firmware update (about a month ago, currently I have 70.7.27)

And I have tried the following on the phone also with no results

  • Turning on and of Bluetooth
  • Restarting the phone
  • Reinstalling the app
  • Removing my versa from the account and adding it again

Does anyone have other suggestions to fix this problem? It is very annoying that I cannot sync my versa on the phone and that it does not connect to the GPS when I go to run.

Thank you

I've been having this same issue. It hasn't synced since the middle of March and I just got it for Christmas. I've tried all of the suggested tips on the website and even cleared the account. When I turned my watch back on, it won't sync even enough to recognize I have my account, so it's stuck on the "To start, download the Fitbit app." Need help.

Did you try updating the firmware to the 70.8.0?

I've also done "all the things".

One example of an issue is Versa is monitoring my BP, and the app reads the same, but the app is not storing the information. This happens on and off. Right now its been over 18 hrs since it's stored anything.

Second issue of note, it didn't keep track of my sleep, at all. Nothing.
