Versa nor charging - shuting off / heart rate not syncing / time not syncing

My Versa has been great for the past year...recently it has started to shut it self off , or not charge for days at a time and then all of the sudden it will come back on?  It has also just started to not sync the heart rate today and will not let me more to check distance the time keeps switching back and forth an hour or so.  I cleaned the charging connections last nite and was apple to get a free 100% charge.  Not sure where to go from here?  Please help 🙂

Also...this just happened the battery was fully charged at 100% when I put it on this morning and now 4.5 hours later is is very low.
