So I have been having problems for over a week now, initially with the Versa not charging, draining the battery quickly. Managed to resolve that, but it will not sync now and I am missing activities, notifications etc...all the stuff it was purchased for.
I have no other devices bluetoothed to my google pixel xl2, it has the latest updates both for android 10 and fitbit update from 4days ago, the watch is in its cradle charging and the phone is actually touching it. The phone can see the watch but cannot pair with it. I have deleted it from my fitbit app on my phone and have tried adding again, have reset both devices, Location services is activated on phone for fitbit. No error msg is displayed other than "Not working? -Make sure your Versa is....."
I have managed to sync the watch with my Windows computer, but as I rarely switch the computer on these days, its kind of a waste of time. Please help.

I'm taking a wild guess here and might well be way off, but I wonder if anybody else has actually used Android 10 with Fitbit yet. It is not inconceivable that could be causing some problems.

I just bought mine last week, it was a pain to get it set up because it wasnt syncing.. Then it synced and worked great for a few days...now same problem.. I was able to get it paired earlier today but we are now back to it not pairing.. Kind of over it and about ready to return it and get a Garmin.

@acovington more info please. How are you setting it up? Computer what are the stats?
Phone again what phone and what are the stats?
How can we help when you give no info what so ever?
