Water, exercise, weight, sleep, etc are not syncing to Versa. Only way it will sometimes if I reset the Versa. I’ve also did all the disconnects, reset the app, log out, disconnected Bluetooth and all that and still it’s not working consistently. It’s been like this for A LONG TIME. FitBit you need to fix this! I have IPhone 8 Plus, IOS 12.1.4.

Hi, did you try restarting your Versa multiple times in a row by pressing the left and right lower buttons together untill the Fitbit logo appears and release the buttons? If yes, than the problem might be your iPhone's OS with which Fitbit's OS can have problems.

It worked to sync, but does it work long term? If you have to do this every day that’s not a fix to me.
