Versa not accurate after flying.

My mom flew to Arizona, and it seemed the time change messed up her watch.  It never actually switched time zones, and then when she came back it would not track at all.  Now it is tracking, but it is not right...for example it said she only had 20,000 steps for 3 days in NYC...I know this is not accurate based on my numbers.  We have tried to reset the watch and nothing has seemed to work. What else can we do?  Her fitbit is less than a year old.

Hello @allisonjeric, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would also like to thank you for trying to troubleshoot this issue by restarting your Versa. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to perform a factory reset on the Versa. Make sure to sync the Versa one more time before performing this process. Factory reset will delete the information in your device, personal Settings, apps installed and credit cards saved, which is why we suggest to sync it before.

To factory reset your device, on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Note that you will have to set up the Versa as a new device after the Factory reset.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.
