So I did check the threads that matched my issue and they were escalated. I have a new versa and it says my heart rate is very high compared to when I use the blood pressure machine and it’s fine. It already shows I have 43 active minutes from getting up and going to the bathroom and back to bed and making coffee and sitting. I upgraded from my Fitbit inspire hr and that was very accurate! Also, it couldn’t log a consistent heart rate so it didn’t log my sleep with the different stages. I just got it yesterday. I have reset it twice. Yesterday the battery drained from full to half way down. I turned off everything I could and charged it back up last night before putting it on. It’s already down 20% at the start of the day. The screen stays off unless I push the button. Again, these issues have all been escalated in other threads and some needed replacements. Did I just get a dud?
