Versa not adding calories from exercises to the daily total.

Usually it works fine but after a long run today the fitbit versa has not added the calories burned from exercises to the daily calorie count. When I click on impact of exercise I can see the calories burned.  I have tried restarting app and fitbit several times.

Hello @emrnicholls88, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would also like to thank you for letting us know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. At this moment, I would like to ask you for a screenshot of your daily calories burned and the calories burned from your exercises for the day. This will help us check this further.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we'll be waiting to hear from you.

I'm having the same problem, calories burned isn't adding to calories allowed. I'm adding calories through MyFitnessPal.

Calories in + calories allowed always adds up to the same daily calorie goal regardless of the amount of exercise I perform.
