I have turned I phone off, deleted and reapplied the app and the Devise is still not found when my watch is right next to it! Help!

Hi @RHE1, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not being found by your phone.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, set up your watch from scratch. Make sure to follow the setup process as instructed in this help page.
