Hi - my versa is usually pretty accurate with this kind of thing, but today my watch started underestimating the amount of calories burned. I work outside of school as a server at a busy restaurant. My watch usually estimates I have burned 3000+ calories at the end of a day where I work both lunch and dinner. Today it estimated 1400, stuck at 1200 since about 3 pm (9 pm writing this). I've already checked the body weight/height parameters in my account and tried restarting my device. I've attached screenshots of my fitbit app home and my calories burned in prior days to show the difference.

@emlyfit Please take a look at your daily heart rate recording. Is there a chunk missing? If for whatever reason heart rate wasn't recorded, there would be no calorie burn for that time (except BMR-related). Please attach a screenshot and just in case please reboot your tracker several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo appears.

I had a similar problem this morning. I've walked a little over 18,000 steps this morning and my calorie burn at 11:00 AM was less than 700 calories which is just base metabolic rate of about 1 cal/min. At one point I know it included the calc since MyFitnessPal had about a +700 calorie adjustment that is now a negative adjustment. Very frustrating !

I currently have the same issue. Yesterday (2/14), I burned 2492 calories (16,278 steps). Today, so far, I've burned 2083 calories (18,196). I checked my heart monitor and it showed me active and rebooted my tracker three times. Nothing has fixed this. I rely heavily on the food tracker to tell me when I'm in the zone. Now, assuming the tracker is right (which I don't believe it is), I only have 100 calories I can eat the rest of the night when I know I have more (like 500). I have to ensure I'm eating enough. I had a similar issue a week ago that I reported and a couple of days later it corrected itself, how I don't know. The tracker is useless if it doesn't accurately tell me the calories I burn. Can someone offer another solution, please? I do have screenshots of needed.

I am having this problem today as well. My fitbit inspire HR stopped counting calories burned at 830. The app counts more but then drops back to 829 or 830 as soon as it syncs. I should be close to 2000 by now so it makes no sense at all. I read the above and immediately went to check the heart rate and it has recorded for the entire day. I rebooted my inspire HR about 4 times, logged out of the app and rebooted my phone for good measure. Still nothing. The extra frustrating part is today is one week since I got the watch. Can anyone help?

I’m the same, I’m on a calorie deficit and I know it must be wrong because I did a 8km walk + 1.5 hours of netball training and it’s saying I’ve only burned 700 calories which it should be more like 2000 ish
