Versa not calculating the correct running distance

 I received the fitbit versa to run with as a present and i've used it twice so far, I run around 8-9km and it marks just 5.5km. I also use an ipod to run with and the distance shown on the Ipod is correct, its 8-9K. What can I do to get my fitbit working correctly?

@Noeel Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear that your Versa isn't calculating your distance correctly. Your Versa will use your stride length to calculate your distance as it multiplies your steps with your stride length for this. It will also use the data gathered when using Connected GPS with it. You can measure your own stride length to improve the accuracy and change it on your personal settings by checking these instructions.
