Versa not changing from 12 hour clock to 24 hour

My fitbit Versa has been a 24 hour clock for nearly 2 years. After the last update it is stuck on a 12 hour clock and the only solution you guys have which is log into the dashboard on the website and selecting 24 hours isn't working as it is already selected. I've tried selecting 12 hour and submitting then changing it back 24 hours. Which isn't working.

Did you sync your device after changing the time from 12 to 24?

Yes I synced it every time.

Hmmm, Maybe your clock has its own 24 HR or 12 HR setting and doesn't check the global setting?

? The automatic thing is off because it never set the right time, but it has been 24 hours since a couple days ago when I updated it, now it's stuck on 12 hours even tho the 24 hour option never changed and is still ticked.

Have you tried to change it via a computer?

I mean, my tablet is more updated than a computer. Would that make a difference?

Actually sometimes especially for Fitbit devices at least for me 😏.

If you don't have a computer try to use your mobile phone browser in desktop page preview.

My fitbit doesn't really sync to my phone anymore. I had to use my tablet to fix that problem 🙃  but it still doesn't sync. It worked for a week then it stopped syncing on my phone. next time I'm on my laptop I'll have a go.

If the setting on the web is 24 hours, try changing it to 12, sync, change to 24 and sync.

As for syncing with tablet and not phone. Make sure the tracker is not connected to the phone when wanting to sync through the phone.

I already tried that on the web, not on my laptop tho.

Also my Bluetooth is always off on the other device I'm not using. I don't get what you mean but it just doesn't connect via fitbit app or Bluetooth in general on my phone. Spotify used to work on my fitbit too but even that doesn't connect anymore.

Try to remove your device from your Fitbit app and Bluetooth list, and add it again. This will fix so many errors.

That is what worked for a week last time. But I don't wanna keep faffing every time. It's not like a every so often job which I wouldn't mind.

And it took me three tries to get it working last time.

I am sure it's a sync problem, try to read these methods if something was missed.

I've just tried to change hours between 12 and 24 via a web browser, my clock face couldn't change until I sync my Fitbit device on my Fitbit app on android.

Oh that article. I've read through that intensely before I even came to the forums haha.

And that is what I did as it doesn't sync on the web.

Doesn't matter anyway it clearly isn't fixable. Thank you.

Are you sure that you have the latest firmware version? you can check it here.

You have to fix sync issue with your mobile phone app by deleting it and reinstall it again. It also depends on what mobile phone do you use.

If nothing works, try to hard reset your Fitbit device and try again.

I don't think your issue isn't fixable anyway, keep trying and you will do it.

You're welcome.
