I have been wearing my versa daily since July and have had no problems till about a week ago when it would go from the regular screen to negative colors, but the watch was still usable. Now the watch will not turn on and when I try to charge it sometimes it will pop up and say 0% charged no matter how long it has been on the charger. I have tried the hard reset and making sure the ports are clean and nothing has happened.

@ebw0011 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that your Versa isn't charging and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try some of the suggestions again but them in the following order, start by cleaning the contacts then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this restart your device.

I have cleaned the contacts and have plugged it into my computer, and the Fitbit adapter along with other wall adapters and the fit bit will still not turn on. Occasionally the 0% charged will pop up but then disappear again but that is all. Please let me know if there is anything else I can try. Thank you!
