versa turned off as if no battery then now has a white screen - been on charge - no change

I recommend following the complete troubleshooting steps including a restart from this help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? Please try to change the clock face if you continue experiencing difficulties.
If the issue still persists, I recommend doing a factory reset. Please note that you'll need to reinstall any apps on your device after the reset, and if you couldn’t sync your device, then any data on the Fitbit device will be lost. In order to do the factory reset, please do the following:

I have the same problem. I tried the reset. I never saw the Fitbit log, just a series of colored lines. It's still not working.
