My versa has low battery this morning so I put it on charge when I went to get it it was dead. Tried the suggestions in the help section to no avail. Have borrowed a versa charger and still no luck. Any help much appreciated.

@MrsD77, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on and won't take a charge either. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

In order to avoid providing the same information, please let me know what is the brand and model of your phone. Also, I'd like to know if your Fitbit Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger. Also, try 

 

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

 

Keep me posted on the outcome.
