My fitbit versa stopped working. It is charging, but when taken off the charger, the screen is black. When I contact customer support about it, they told me that because I am over 365, they will not replace or repair the tracker.
I understand that there are limits to warranties, but to say that the only thing they can do is offer 25% off a new purchase is unacceptable. Their products should last longer than 1 year, 5 months.
I should have stuck with Garmins.
