I’ve only had my versa a month and it won’t charge at all! I’ve tried plugging it into different sockets which all work fine with other cables but still no luck. No vibration when I plug it in and the display shows nothing. Very disappointed that it’s brand new and I don’t get to use it.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. It contains steps that you already followed but you can skip them. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it turns on.

Tried all these steps and still nothing. Tried charging it again earlier and it only seems to work when the cable is held in certain positions which makes it very difficult to charge. From this I’m assuming it must be a faulty charger
