Versa not charging or resetting

I’ve got a versa - it won’t charge/the screen is black and none of the reset options will work. Any ideas?

I'm having the exact same issues as Alice. I've tried:

Using a different charging cord, 

Using different charging sockets/wall outlets with both cords,

Cleaning the charging area on the watch and on the charging dock,

Resetting the device by holding back and bottom button.

None of these have worked. My fitbit app says my Versa is fully charged but nothing seems to be bringing it back to life.

 

The reset is not working, I can't hard reset through the app because it won't sync (as if the watch is turned off).

 

The watch is approx 2 years old.

I too am having the same issues as the above two persons. Troubleshooting efforts have been unsuccessful.

The device is powerless. I’ve had it for 11 months.
