Hi, I just received a replacement Versa because my last one stopped working and this one will not charge above the charge it has. For example when I put it to charge at 10% it remained at 10% for an hour although it said it was charging. I took it off the charger and restarted it, to no avail. I then factory reset it by then it only had 7% and even though it showed that it was charging remained at 7%. I left it on for 5 hours and have removed it. I’ve cleaned the charger and plugged it into different boxes and laptops but still not charging.

@Madalinaa welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the charging issues that your Versa is experiencing. I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat and provided some instructions.
I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if your Versa is taking a charge.
