Just bought and set up a new Versa after having a Surge for a long time. After it was setup and working, I placed it in the charging cradle. It initially was charging and then after reaching 67% charged, it stopped charging and will not charge anymore. What's happening?

I am sorry to hear that your Versa isn't charging. If you keep having this issue, I recommend taking a look at the Why isn't my battery charging? article and follow the instructions provided there.
