Versa not charging

My new versa won’t charge regardless of what USB I plug it into. If I press on the side of the plug when its attached to a charger it will begin to charge but stops the instance I remove my finger. It appears there is too much play inside the USB plug or faulty wiring where the cord attaches to the plug itself

I returned my watch to the store and exchanged it. The charging cord was faulty
