Versa not charging

So I bought a Versa today after my Charge 2 died. I have set everything up and am trying to charge it. It keeps flashing the charge screen for a second then goes away and it kind of just locks up. Any ideas? I have tried sgushutt it down different outlets and computers.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If you are having issues charging your watch, I recommend following the instructions provide in the Why isn't my battery charging? help article.

Dear Alejandra,

 

I've noticed you seem to give the same response to the problem so many people have been having with the versa not charging and yet you have known about it since April 2018.  I have seen your replies since April 2018 saying the same thing and not acknowledging there's a problem with the charging cradle.  The Gober-style responses are really not helpful.  A little more honesty would be appreciated.
