Versa not coming back on after a shutdown

My Versa was not syncing this morning, so I tried to do a restart.  It shut down okay, but will not come back on.  The charge level was well over 50% when I restarted it, but I put it on the charger for three hours.  It still isn't coming back on.

 

Looking for suggestions. Thanks!

Try holding back key (on the left) and the bottom key on the right down until the Fitbit symbol showed, then let them go. I've seen this work others.
