Versa not compatible!?

Recently bought my first FitBit when i was on holidays, FitBit Versa that cost €250, was delighted and couldnt wait to get started with it, tried connecting it to my HP Pavilion laptop....not working....tried connecting to my Huawei P Smart.....not working!! Nowhere on the box did it say or suggest that it wouldnt be compatible, does anyone have a sollution to my problem? very dissapointed and frustrated in this product so far!

You must be doing something wrong. I have successfully connected my Versa to: outdated windows phone Nokia 950, 3 laptops (2 asuses and one HP), desktop and really old 2013 Asus tablet. You need to turn on the bluetooth and then pair it with the fitbit watch.

Hi @SunsetRunner,

 

If I recall correctly, that particular series of phones aren't compatible. They're not listed on device list.

 

The HP you should be able to get working. Does it have Bluetooth and Windows 10?.

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!

Yes, it should work on the HP Pavillion. I have mine working on my one. But I would suggest you make sure you have Fitbit Connect downloaded and NOT the app. I searched for Fitbit Connect in the app store on my laptop and although it looks the same as the app, I could get it to work, where I couldnt get the app to work. Let us know how you go
