I just purchased a new fitbit versa and it wont connect to my wifi network at home. I tried all the trouble shooting like turning the watch on an off and disabling Bluetooth still not connecting. I even checked my wifi connection and all my other devices are connecting fine. What can I do? it's driving me nuts and Im very disappointed in this purchase.
What is the workaround??

What version is your WiFi, @eldc1120. is it comparable with the tracker?
As for setting up WiFi and the tracker Bluetooth needs to be turned on.
Has your tracker been setup to your Fitbit as count?
