Versa not connecting after factory reset

After factory reset my watch has scrolling languages and asking me to setup app. I have removed and downloaded all on my android. It still shows my watch name but WiFi will not connect. Shows last WiFi update weeks ago so it must have stopped updating for awhile. Before factory reset time was suddenly wrong.
