I did the update when I got the new tracker, and did another update about a week later. It was fine for a couple of days, but then wouldn't connect to my phone again....unless I remove it and unpair it.

Thanks, worked for me but my real problem was putting the versa 2 in pairing mode! I just got it for Christmas and still have to learn how to operate it! I keep changing controls to see what happens...now I've learned. Thank you again!

Exactly what is happening with mine. frustrating. I have already replaced my versa once because of this- I lost out on a better insurance rate because of this. I have been trying to sync for days- mine loses 10 minutes in 4 hours. Not a very smart watch.

This will not work. I have had my versa 2 for 2 months. What a joke. I upgraded because my old fitbit was doing this. Guess it's time to find a watch to replace fitbit. This is ridiculous. Seriously.

I have try everything to get my Fitbit to display my notifications. My old Fitbit work great, but not my Versa 2. This was a present from my wife and would hate to exchange it for the Samsung.

I have restarted my mobile. Have tried installing the latest fitbit app on another phone. The watch does not even pair over bluetooth with any of my android mobiles. So i cannot update the tracker via the app. It was working earlier but after i dis not use the watch for 10 days this started happening.
Pathetic product i am going to specifically give extremely bad reviews on all channels i can.

I had Bluetooth connection troubles and followed all the restart & force stop instructions. My easy solution is...I just set up a device again from my account menu - got Bluetooth connection code & didn't affect any of my information or stats. quick, easy and done.
This worked for me... worth a try.

I have trouble every morning with it connecting. Had some luck placing it on the charger even though it was over 50 percent. Rebooted my device this am multiple times plus disconnected bluetooth many times. I am NOT going to remove this Versa 2 every time I need to retreave data which I have already done on other days. Very close to sending it back. Had the first Versa but sent it back because no matter what I did in never did connect. This is my third Fitbit (Charge 2 and Alta HR) device and NEVER had trouble with those connecting.
Could this be a faulty unit or is everyone of the Versa 2 problematic?

Ok, here's the thing. I literally got my Fitbit on Friday! And it is doing all these things! Now I did get it from Amazon and not directly from Fitbit, so maybe it's an older model?
But it is so frustrating that SOOO many things aren't working! I mean, Alexa is virtually worthless! I can't even set a simple alarm. Apparently it's still tracking things to a degree, but I'm not totally sure it's as accurate as it should be.
My sleep stats from the night before took quite a long time to show up in my app. I'm so frustrated! I was beyond excited to get this! But now I'm thinking it might not be much better than my cheap, most basic model that I had previous to this. So very sad!

Can anyone from Fitbit tell us if they are working to fix this in a future update or should I just get a refund for my device and take my business elsewhere? Ive been,having this issue since November with 2 different Versa Lite trackers. Every time I want to uodate my challenege groups, I have to unpaid the device, restart my phone and install the tracker again. Please help!!!!!

Theyve already replaced it once. Im still covered in the warranty. It is so frustrating.

I have restarted my Fitbit Versa 4 times, restarted my phone 3 times, removed any fitbit device from my bluetooth, and uninstalled/reinstalled the app and it is still not pairing. I also made sure I have location permissions on. I also cannot connect on my laptop either. I an very frustrated.

Is your tracker still under warranty? I would definitely call Fitbit because there,is,something going on with your tracker.
